Corin Wesk grew up in upstate New York and has always been drawn to the small details people remember long after everything else fades. A look across a room. A conversation that went slightly wrong. The sentence someone almost said.

Before writing became a serious part of his life, Wesk spent years around music, healthcare, and people whose lives were far more complicated than they looked from the outside. Those experiences shaped the way he writes about relationships: close-up, imperfect, and usually without easy answers.

His books tend to circle around intimacy, obsession, humor, regret, and the strange ways people stay connected even when they are not very good at explaining why. Outside of writing, he is usually listening to music, reading about something he did not intend to spend three hours researching, or collecting stories he will probably use later.
